Pros

Mid sized, privately owned company with a couple of young men at the helm. They are dedicated to growing the company, and willing to reinvest money earned back into the company. There are some awesome people at the local levels that make it all happen. Good benefits, health, dental, vision, pharmacy, and a decent 401k program. If you're in management or supervision there are year end (Christmas) bonuses, and managers usually get some profit sharing at Christmas, too.

Cons

POLITICAL B.S. ALL AROUND AT THE EXECUTIVE LEVEL. If you step on their toes, you are done, but an hourly basically would need to commit murder on site in front of every leader to get a written warning. They forget about the horse they rode into the rodeo, and put you out to pasture.
