Products are great and easy to sell

Cons

Extremely high turn over of staff. Management oblivious to obvious issues with toxic state managers that have frankly terrible skills in managing people, unreasonable KPI's and you don't get paid bonuses unless your entire team is hitting their numbers as well.

- travel opportunities - free meals in the office - pay rate is good

Cons

Toxic working culture, there are people in management level will gossip about you. They expect u to work overtime (compulsory!) although they say u can manage ur own time. Micromanaging and super politic environment. endless work and no work life balance.
