Pros

Good Management Good Team Good Communication You feel appreciated working here

Cons

No room for growth for therapy staff Lots of turnover in nursing staff the driving distance can become too far making it hard to see all patients in a timely fashion Work is not steady, some weeks you are slammed and others you have no patients at all Very weak raises if any at all, but thats healthcare in general not just Phoenix

Pros

Rewarding work, some nice coworkers

Cons

Poor management, zero life-work balance, management doesn't listen to you when you tell them you are struggling to keep up with case load, they just give you more. They had a "gold star" chart and manager said she gives them to whoever she wants, which is people who sacrifice their life to the job.
