Pros

Rewarding work, some nice coworkers

Cons

Poor management, zero life-work balance, management doesn't listen to you when you tell them you are struggling to keep up with case load, they just give you more. They had a "gold star" chart and manager said she gives them to whoever she wants, which is people who sacrifice their life to the job.

Pros

The pay well and their software is the easiest that I have used.

Cons

Communication is non existent. I was breadcrumbed about potential cases for weeks and left to take care of children with no access to their plan of care or even emergency contacts. No job is worth my license.
