Pros

Nationally placed company that has offices in several states.

Cons

Management in the office are unrealistic in expecting weekly in-office status meetings in the early morning when home care workers are most needed in the homes of clients to bathe, dress and help with meals. Scheduling staff have a very difficult time filling client needs due to the rapid turn over in this company. Employees are told they will be written up if they don't attend mandatory AM meetings and yet there is no one to care for their long-term clients in the mornings if the employee attends the mandatory meeting. It's a vicious circle.
