      Pros

      I do not just feel like the nurse of my client, I feel like an employee of Pheonix. I know that I have support from supervisors and that they will work with my needs and schedule. Plus, I really enjoy working with my clients. It is the type of work I would gladly volunteer to do, yet they give me a fair wage.

      Cons

      When I started working for Pheonix, they did not do electronic charting. Now that they have supplied each client home with an IPad and training to staff on how to use them, I really can’t complain.
