      Pros

      If you want to feel like a true valued team member I would suggest be a part of Phoenix. You will see the owners on numerous occasions just coming in to see how their staff are doing. The management is more uplifting than I could even imagine. I feel like i became a part of a family instead of a team.

      The Nursing Supervisors are great to work for.

      Low pay. Bonuses for new hires are great but not for existing nurses No raises, no performance raises
