Cons

communication is all through email, which isn't horrible but when you call the office they hardly pick up the phones the first time. you have to leave a voicemail.

Pros

Many dedicated employees. Fun group education opportunities. Community involvement. Good life insurance option. Access to company vehicles.

Cons

Phoenix has created an inspiring culture for itself, but ultimately it is a corporation and its focus has to be its bottom line. Their open door policy works inter-office, but upper management is unapproachable. Training is inconsistent and incomplete. Expectations constantly change, without warning.
