      Pros

      I have nothing good to say about this company. The company makes it seem like a great place to work but reality is they are two faced as it comes.

      Cons

      This company only cares about the money instead of the clients and the workers. They would rather a client go without an aide rather than pay any over time. They do not try to fill holes in the schedules. A client I worked for went three months without an aide and the aide they found they refused to care she had stalking charges which ended up putting the client in danger.

      Making anonymous comments is easy, but constructively working through issues is not, but is the only way to sincerely produce solutions.

      Pros

      Even though I haven't worked for Phoenix very long, they have been extremely flexible with my schedule and very nice to me. The patients have been wonderful to work with and very complimentary. I am looking forward to working many years with Phoenix Home Care.

      Cons

      Lots of last minute work needed but staff is very nice about it. You can choose to work or not.
