Pros

Phoenix is always looking for ways to improve the employee experience and place you as the top priority. They believe if they take care of their employees they will in turn deliver great care to the clients.

Cons

Really been a supportive environment with not many downsides, electronic scheduling from home would be a nice bonus.

Get to help the elderly and disabled. Meet some amazing people. Get to pick your own schedule which is nice for someone who has kids

Cons

Pay could very better you also go into some nasty houses. Some clients can be mean. You don't get paid to travel until you hit 50 miles
