Pros

Get to help the elderly and disabled. Meet some amazing people. Get to pick your own schedule which is nice for someone who has kids

Cons

Pay could very better you also go into some nasty houses. Some clients can be mean. You don't get paid to travel until you hit 50 miles

Phoenix Home Care St. Louis has been the best company I've worked for as a home care nurse! The office team is absolutely wonderful and they really care about their field staff! The pay and benefits are more than I could ask for and I am very appreciative of all of the incentives the have as well! Scheduling has been great, I have been working full time since I've started and that was over a year ago! Even if my client goes into the hospital, they always have shifts that I can pickup to ensure I am getting the hours I need. Excellent place to work!!

Cons

I cannot think of anything I don't like about the St. Louis office, they have been wonderful!

Pros

Great team support great supervisors. Growing quickly so lots of cases to keep you busy. Much better support than other large competitors in the area.

Cons

Low pay as always with home health private duty.nothing else to say the company has been great. One year wait for vacation but that is common--3 mos for insurance.
