      Pros

      Most coworkers were great to work with. Middle management tried to be understanding. Some flexibility with work schedule Decent pay & some benefits

      Cons

      Upper Management in Houston is a joke. One person has to much control over everything and she demands perfection. If you speak up about anything negative you are immediately treated like dirt. Very high turnover in the operations offices Lack of goal setting and appreciation for employees No advancement opportunities No 401K

      Pros

      Good equipment to work with. Easy to pick up hours if you are short. Willing to cross train in other areas of the company.

      Cons

      Usually pays the lower end of the market in given areas. Lack of structure on the yard, Drivers held to an impossible standard but Management comes in whenever they want to and usually disappear after lunch. Almost no advancement unless you are buddies with management.
