This is a very high pressure and fast paced job with an extremely high turnover rate. The pay is low (near minimum wage) and there is little opportunity for advancement. If you are there long enough and you're lucky, you can become a supervisor with a 25 cent raise. The people you work with are generally unprofessional (college students) and you will get yelled at (and sometimes even physically assaulted) by rude tourists just trying to get to their destination. You are forced to get in their way and pressure them into having their picture taken. You are considered a photographer, but it is cookie-cutter "fast food" photography. Stand there, smile, click, move on. You print out all the photos (wasteful) and try to coerce people into buying them. It's boring and repetitive.
