Coworkers are great! You meet some very interesting people.

Cons

Management is very detached from the experience of working. Constantly complaining about sales despite they are no sales incentives and records are continuously broken. No matter the situation the customer is right even if they have insulted staff and clearly are in the wrong. Working for a host venue leads to you becoming a third class citizen. Work concerns aren't addressed, nothing is fixed and any talk of being unhappy leads to you being terminated. Pay isn't bad starting buy they is very little room for raises. Even if you work your hands to the bone, dealing with thousands of customers, and barely getting your break. You may get lucky to get a 25cents raise, no more. Hardly justifiable for the work.
