There are absolutely no pros.

Cons

Underpaid, overworked, understaffed. No evaluations, no room for growth. I was told to work more hours or get a second job when I RIGHTFULLY asked for a much deserved pay raise. Breaks are taken out of your check regardless of if you took one. Do not work for this company. Do not buy from this company. Point blank period.
