Pros

The size of the company's addressable market is huge. Working here, you get to make an impact on very interesting and meaningful projects. The company is trying to advocate for and adopt advanced technology all the time. Colleagues are all pretty smart, always friendly and helping each other. Getting to travel to Croatia every year is a nice plus. Work life balance is great.

Cons

Like every startup company, there are small problems such as infrastructure not completely set up sometimes. The company has realized this and is taking the effort to address this issue.

Pros

- As the Headline says, there's always new things to work on at Photomath. Though most of the company is based in Zagrab, Croatia, there is a group of employees that is based out of the Bay Area, and this part of the company feels very start-upish (which I love) - I really feel like my work is making an impact on the product that we're giving to our end-users - Everyone is an absolute pleasure to work with. I've been here for over a year and have not once had any sort of work-place passive-aggresiveness that one can encounter - Their vacation policy is very generous, and you can tell that management really does want people to use it, since it's apparent in all facets of the company that people here appreciate a good work-life balance

Cons

- As mentioned before, a lot of the company is based in Croatia, so depending on the role you're in, you might have to take several meetings per week with other employees with a 9-hour time difference, which can give you either early morning or late-night meetings
