Nothing to say , just okish.

Cons

I would say, 50 good 50 bad... here work culture, growth opportunities, hike policies, work timings, and leave scenarios. -- Not great but okay Yearly leave - 7 days who has less than 2 yr exp in photon, 2+ year inphoton 10 days Hike - I been here for 1 year  still not sure about their cycle  work - All day ofc, monthly 2 days WFH Timing - Flexiable but min 7 hr in ofc
