      Pros

      Delivery Managers are the best in this organization they maintain good culture with their team mates.

      Cons

      No job security If they don't have any projects in hand they'll come up with any reason to remove from the organization even though u had a good review from your delivery manager or team leads.

      1.) Good projects in iOS, Android and Windows for Fortune 500 clients 2.) Fast paced and learning oriented work culture 3.) Good growth prospects for high performers 4.) Onsite opportunities in US 5.) Very good exposure and there are plenty of opportunities and freedom to take responsibilities

      Cons

      1.) Limited presence in India need to have a office in Pune 2.) Lack of recreational areas in the office 3.) No coffee machines and a sub standard cafeteria 4.) More awards and recognition can be included

      - Worst Manager. Believe in ruling like HITLER - Like other TAMIL based MNC. Sometimes Meetings are in Tamil and locals prefer to be in their group. - Client is everything for Company. Hardly cares for Employees.
