Pros

Will promise high salary and also benefits on completing one year or plus with the company

Cons

You will never get any benefits that they promise (especially the promises about future). They don't have dedicated client, you will go for a per person contract with the client (and not a fixed budget contract). So if client goes for a rampdown or budget cut these guys are incapable of saving you. And adding to the fact that they dont have any Fixed budget projects or dedicated clients they mostly will not be able to find a proper project for you and there bench policy changes every week. I GOT LAID OFF WITH A NOTICE PERIOD OF 2 HOURS

Pros

Working remotely was a great feature and the creative team has a solid process

Cons

The company failed to fulfill its promise of providing bonuses, despite months of assurances. Additionally, it lacks a 401K plan and educational benefits, which could significantly enhance the employee experience. Furthermore, the company's approach to layoffs has been concerning. Half of the creative team was gradually let go without any severance pay, which impacted morale and stability within the workplace. A significant portion of the workforce is based in India, but unfortunately, there seems to be a disconnect in managing projects with clients. While the company claims expertise, there have been noticeable gaps in technical knowledge and project execution. The working environment appears chaotic, with reports of unequal treatment of employees in India, creating an atmosphere of inferiority among team members. Improving communication and providing adequate training could greatly benefit the entire team and foster a more inclusive and efficient work culture.
