Pros

Seriously no way but still felt below are Advantage to join Photon : 1. Good salary but your soul goes to die for a paycheck. 2. 24/7 servitude, masquerading as a career. Welcome to Photon. 3. Certification? More like golden handcuffs. Photon invests in your skills, then holds them ransom. They'll squeeze every drop of your potential, then demand a tip. 4. Photon: The only 'growth' you'll experience is the dark circles under your eyes. 5. At Photon, 'teamwork' means everyone suffering together, constantly. 6. Photon: Where 'work-life balance' is a myth whispered by HR to new recruits.

Cons

Cons too many : 1. Your sleep? Photon doesn't care. Expect calls at 1 AM, 5 AM—it's not an exception, it's the norm. They own your nights. 2. Micromanagement on steroids. You'll be a lone worker, but under the constant, suffocating gaze of 4-5 managers. They don't trust you, period. 3. Variable pay? More like 'vanishing pay.' Expect delayed appraisals and to constantly fight for what you're owed. 60-80% variable? They're playing roulette with your salary. 4. You're disposable. Fired on a whim, no notice, no severance. A 16-year veteran architect? Gone. No one is safe. Your job is a ticking time bomb. 5. Their offer letter is a trap. Every promise is a lie. Get everything in writing, and read the fine print—they're masters of deception. 6. Rules? What rules? They play favorites. Some get unlimited WFH, others are chained to their desks. It's a system of blatant favoritism. 7. Their HR department operates like a legal threat squad. They'll bully you with legal action at the slightest provocation. It's a hostile environment. Final Verdict: Don't be fooled by the fake 5-star reviews. This company is a nightmare. Run. Or, join them and add your own horror story to this list.

Pros

Nothing I can think of.

Cons

Any day can be your Last Working day. You will be relieved on any day even within the first month if they can't find you to map to any Project with No Notice, No pay. There is No way to service Notice period in Photon, only Same day relieving with exit formalities done. You should maintain minimum 8 hours inside ODC and 8 hours in system only with productive tools. No Work from Home option for any reason. No work life balance. No employee benefits. Work culture is not humanly possible. Nobody would stay beyond Probation period as there is conditional offer where you have to Pay them back 3 months Gross salary if you submit resignation within Probation period.
