Pros

Nothing Good, you will get salary if you are in a Project 1. You will be trained on new technologies and be placed in project , this happens because , people don't join photon and they don't have any other option to get the project. hence they train the existing employee and put them on new project with new technology. Most of the projects in the company don't have client interview as they bill the least , so they train the moderate resources and place them into the project as there is no client interviews , these low standard newbies and people with less technical exposure join the clients and work on the project. and the non performers get released within 5 or 6 months if they found non performing and they are released immediately from the company.

Cons

1. This Company Loots from Employees , 2. The offer letter provided by the company is just joke. 3. Company does not adhere to its Offer letter. 4. If you get released from the project You are fired on the same day without notice or compensation. 5. The Conditions in the Offer letter are only Valid if the employee owes money to Photon based on the offer letter contract. , If photon Owes money to the employee like notice period salary , then those conditions are not valid. 6. You will be given notice period only if you are in a project and photon is making money out of you. If you are not in project, photon will fire on the same day without notice. 7. The HR would give you fake promises and never tell you that photon terminates employees on the same day.

Pros

Great learning curve. Good time to work is between 3 to 7 years of experience.

Cons

Once crossed 8+ years of experience, the career growth will not be there. We will get stuck in the same position for a long time. Finance and HR team is very bad at communication and variable payments
