      1. CTC is good . HR will target a big company employees to recruit

      1. No proper management 2, Worst HR policies . 3. No notice period if they asked you to resign. Immediately you have to left. I am wondering how this company got rating 4+ in google and ambition box. If you are not believing me just check with existing employees. 5, 4 star review given here all are fake Don't be fooled

      A Lot, we worked awsome in one food chain app for us client , got good accolades, the project got over in 10 months and hr calls and tells your lwd was yesterday. can you all belive this happend in 2021 when there was no issue of market slow down. Its my right to answer as a democratic country indian citizen to give my feedback have given. thanks. think 100000...0 times before selcting this organization.

      - no pros to mention about company

      Cons

      - No wfh in case of Medical emergency also even if your leg breaks they call you to office. - No work life balance. - Only Dry promotion is given to employee no salary Hike - They keep Dues for years to pay your Variable pay. For me still 2 years VP is pending
