Pros

Good work culture and good team atmosphere. Everyone is helpful and there are no dirty politics. Challenging work which test both creative and technical aspects of ones skillset. The pay is good and good growth prospects for high performers.

Cons

No coffee machines, bad cafeteria and no recreational areas.

Good work culture. One thing that is very good about Photon is it has a relatively flat org structure for sales. This aids the learning process immensely as you learn from various sales head and other senior executive level executives. They according to work experience and usually it is at the higher end of the spectrum. Good growth prospects for high performers.

Cons

Sales is a night shift. No Coffee vending machines and a bad cafeteria.
