1.Kiss bye bye to your mental health as every one in management is abusive. 2. There is a 1.5 years of bond period for freshers and 6 month of bond period for experienced candidates. If you break them you have to pay 10℅ of your salary. Plus there is a clause stating that if you don't join the company after accepting the offer letter they will initiate legal notice. Which can affect your overall carer. They won't care what the reason maybe. They just want the money. 3. Work life balance in photon is a myth. Will ask to work on every Saturday and sundays because there is client pressure. There were times when I had to work on public holidays as well. 4 new company policy to work for 8:8 hrs so in total you will end up working 10hrs (8:8+1 hr break) but no salary increment or bonus. Since it's technically not 9hrs of productive time. 5. You will never get any leaves as there is always Pending works. So say goodbyes to your social work and family life. 6. I have worked under 2 managers and both were extremely abusive. Will use abusive language and threats.. 7. No actual salary hike. My salary hike for the last year was 750rs. Even though they claim that company is making huge profit.
