Pros

Good projects for graphics designers. Good work culture and a good creative team of designers. Access to all the tools Photoshop, illustrator and Corel Draw. Pay is based on experience for laterals.

Cons

Limited locations in India. No coffee machines and a crammed up cafeteria. Also lack of any cultural events. Limited cab service for people working late :(

TOO MUCH Micro-management on time and timesheet etc. Your washroom time will be noted as non-productive, Very funny to listen !@! Required minimum 10hrs in office Work life balance is impossible ! Attrition is 30% around highest in IT Industry
