      Absolutely nothing to mention here.

      Cons

      1. Stealing ideas and portraying as theirs. 2. Have zero coding skills. all work is done by offshore and onsite guys take credit for that 3. Management outright lies in the meetings 4. No matter who are surrounded, they always talk in Tamil 5. Even in meetings where other language people are present, they shameless talk in Tamil. The list goes on and on. I do not want to waste more of my time listing all of that here. If you have TALENT, do not join this company.

      Worst place to work, everyone at top Management uses filthy language to people who reports to them. Very suffocating work culture Including CEO he is nut case to work with . he only knows one thing and that is firing people all the people who are working for long time are leaving company. Very bad work culture no work life balance dont even think of joining this company. You will be in hell.

      You can work in various technologies. Making a switch in role is easy and even progression is quick for good performer. For a very few it would be a extremely good opportunity. Compensation is above average for good performers.

      Cons

      You could end up working late to finish some needed to be done tasks.
