Pros

Might be an okay place to start you career. A year in photon might not be such a bad thing if this was your first job. If you can survive a year here, you should be able to survive anywhere!

Cons

No work life balance No benefits Exit process is a nightmare Bad behavior by management (don't be surprised by very public abuse and threats)

Pros

One could learn latest technologies if added in a good project as Photon has many Projects in its wing.

Cons

1. No free coffee or tea. 2. Few managers would dump you if you are not buttering them. 3. Variable pay are not paid out at full even if you work hard. Would steal your money in the name of poor company performance 4. Very low hikes, you must get a good package when joining else you are screwed 5. No smooth separation process if you are resigning from the company. They treat you like a dog if you go with resignation processing 6. The owners are very money motive and doesn't care about employee life 7. Worst of all, no work life balance, everyone would have to work mandatory 10 hours, which would get extend everyday obviously. Cause all the projects are taken with a promise of very short notice such as 3 months from the clients, where the project would require at least 6 or more. Then they add very less resources and bill the client with increase in number. So it's like a person have to work the job of two or three. So have to work for more than 12 hrs a day and 6 days a week. 8. No Employee benefits, yes there is a mediclaim which I have never heard anyone got one approved
