* Employees receive good training and great on-the-job learning opportunities, * All employees are competitive, so you won't see any slackers here... but, everyone helps you out unconditionally. * Friendly environment

Cons

* Offices only in south India, so a good place to work for people from Chennai and Bangalore (in India). But people from North India normally leave after 12-24 months to move back to the north. This leads to attrition.

Pathetic (so called) top management @Bangalore. Induction is more repulsive than welcome Abusive language. Terrible experiences! But that seems the norm here Authoritave and encouraging "yes boss" culture
