The worst, stupid,idiotic company that I have ever come across. Sadisitic and scrap senior management are running the projects. Employee Harrasement is common and I think directors, vps and other senior management are trained in employee harrasement, sadistic behavior to torture employees. Unfortunate thing in this organization is HR team is itself harrased and tortured and employees are cluleless whom to address their concerns. My sincere, heartful advise to all job seekers never ever join this firm. Once you come into this org you are trapped like a slave in KGF movie. With this attitude future is bleak for this company. I have heard stories of employees who are with suicidal thoughts because of pressure, torture, harrasement from senior employees. Join the company if you want to be slave for the life. Dont be greedy for stupid hikes. Stay out of this Stay Happy

1. You are allowed to take only one day leave per month. If you take more than one day, you need to compensate on Saturday/Sunday. 2. There is no employee benefits except salary. 3. Managers and Tech leads will behave like CEO of this company. You will be questioned even for a single minute late. They will track your entry and exit time of the office. 4. Worst parking and and always overcrowding at cafeteria. 5. You have to maintain 9 hours weekly average time. If you missed it, you will be questioned and they will send warning mail. 6. There is 0% of job security. You will be relieved/terminated at any time. I have come across lot of my co-workers who are forcefully relieved by the management. 7. They never hesitate to humiliate in front of the team if you make any mistake and they wont recognize if you did a great job. 8. Zero work life balance and you may work 11-12 hours per day. You wont have an option to refuse it.
