Pros

Fast paced company with lots of opportunity for projects from mostly US / UK / Europe. Great learning opportunity and able to work with team from various nationalities in a project.

Cons

Often management made huge changes over rules including salary that's implemented very immediately from the announcement without pre caution / making aware the the employees at least a month prior or something.

Cons

Only consider this company if it’s truly your last option and you’re desperate for work. The pay is horrible, and management is constantly looking for excuses to cut money from your salary. They use activity-tracking software on company laptops and will question you if you step away for even 10 minutes, asking you to explain yourself. The level of micromanagement is exhausting and creates a stressful, toxic environment where you never feel trusted. Overall, it feels more like being monitored than being employed.

Cons

Bad bench policy forces employees to take leave and remain unpaid when benched. Team culture is heavily political, with clear skill gaps that are not addressed or replaced due to internal politics, alongside routine pressure to overwork. HR leadership is ineffective, poorly managed, and consistently fails to communicate policies clearly to employees. Promotions are not aligned with salary increments, which is highly concerning.
