Worst politics. Total under estimation of efforts. If your project is in Fixed bid model, thats the end of your life. No Work life balance. Even under family emergency, you are supposed to focus on work 100%. There is no flexibility to WFH even under family emergency. No comp offs for efforts spent on weekends. No compensation for efforts spent after office hours. We will interview and hire some good people. But, we never get them on boarded in our team. It will always be junk people except a few good people in the team. Even when we complain about the poor performance of team members, we have to live with it. But the expectation of delivery on schedule, no errors, 100% performant code will be expected. How to deliver quality code with dumb people around. How to complete on time with dumb people in the team.

I made a lifetime mistake to join full-time Photon. I will regret this in my full life. If you are good at buttering upper management and telling lie, this company is for you. No accountability no respect for the employee.
