Pros

No any pros. Very bad company

Cons

I joined the company based on the assurance of Work From Home during the interview process. However, after two months, the WFH policy was revoked. Currently, I am required to work 9 hours from the office and additionally support US shift hours late at night, resulting in approximately 12 working hours per day. Non-compliance reportedly impacts salary processing. This experience has been quite disappointing and highlights the importance of clarity and written confirmation of work policies before joining.

Pros

there is no pros. if you see someone have said something positive. definately it is paid.

Cons

NOTE: if there is 0.1 star in a rating i will give that. Work Culture – Be Warned If you value your time, sanity, or money, think twice before joining. No work-life balance: They’ll expect all 24 hours of your day. If you’re on the bench, they’ll verbally tell you to “go home” until the next project—but if you do, it can be marked as leave without pay. And suddenly, they have full power to terminate you at a moment’s notice. Trust is dangerous: Never rely on managers or PMs. Even in emergencies, if you don’t get written approval from senior management, you’re exposed. Any “trust” you place here can and will be betrayed. Projects are chaos: Almost every project is on fire. Micromanagement is constant. War rooms are common, and client promises are often fake—what they tell the client isn’t done, leaving your nights and weekends to suffer until the next demo. Communication is unreliable: Emails—even to senior management—can be ignored. Getting your documents or relieving letter when leaving? Good luck. They drag it out, no matter your level. Resignation is a minefield: Submit your notice and they may block access, refuse documents, or even demand money claiming you didn’t serve your notice. It’s stressful and frustrating, and it’s standard here. Employee morale: Positive reviews you see online are almost always paid. Internally, almost everyone is unhappy. The reality: You can not learn here , and don’t expect fairness, transparency, or support. You’ll get work—and they’ll get your time, trust, and patience.
