      I have a joining later from photon and I had to join in this month but when I reached to the office to join the company on joining date then HR said once client interview is done and you will get the project then we will onboard we will don’t have the bench policy. But they not inform before joining date , when I reached to the office to join then they inform me joining process. Finally they not onboarded me and I wasted my time and money both.
