      Pros

      You get to learn a lot of stuff and manage time. That's it.

      Cons

      The HR team has people signing up to GlassDoor and provide high ratings to skew the overall ratings. Need Evidence? Just see the ratings trend and note that the ratings suddenly shoot up on May 2014. If only more tools were available, it would be clear that all the 5-stars would have been awarded at the same time frame. Trust me, you don't want to work here. One of most caustic work environments that you can see. I almost laughed out of loud while reading work/life balance and senior management.

      A good place to start out, and there will be opportunities to start out here since they are always looking for some new blood to join their company. Good learning experience and amazing opportunity to be exposed with their top clients. The technology that they work on are in high demand in the market.

      Cons

      Needs more leisure and relaxation facilities to boost morale.

      Exposure to various mobile technologies.Progression is quick for good performers. Compensation is above average. Access to the coolest gadgets like iPhones, iPad, etc. The work culture is fun because of a young organization.

      Cons

      No coffee machines, I have been used to those since my times at MNCs. They should get those asap. Also the cafeteria is small and gets crammed up in the evening.
