Working at Photon has been one of the worst experiences of my career. The management is extremely poor and shows no respect for employees at any level. There are no real employee benefits, salaries are far below industry standards, and there is zero job security – people are fired whenever it suits management. Promotions and recognition are not based on merit, but on favoritism and internal politics. Juniors are treated like slaves, forced to work without any work-life balance, while managers show no concern for employee well-being. The overall culture is toxic from top to bottom. Employees are treated as disposable, and the environment is mentally draining. If you value your career growth, health, or peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
