      Salary is the only benefit you get that too only if you get project allocation, else they will kick you out without paying even a single paisa

      Cons

      You must forget that you have a life outside of office if you join this company. And zero benefits to employees after working so hard as well. They play lot of tricks to not pay salary properly by using various LOP rules
