      Absolutely No Pros — Avoid If Possible

      Cons

      Only consider this company if it’s truly your last option and you’re desperate for work. The pay is horrible, and management is constantly looking for excuses to cut money from your salary. They use activity-tracking software on company laptops and will question you if you step away for even 10 minutes, asking you to explain yourself. The level of micromanagement is exhausting and creates a stressful, toxic environment where you never feel trusted. Overall, it feels more like being monitored than being employed.
