      Pros

      I like that the main point of the whole office is the result. It can be strict and fast at times but it can also be as fun and as loose as it can be because quality is still the top priority. A perfect place to start your career in mobile tech.

      They have good clients and are doing interesting work.

      Cons

      The leadership team is not at all concerned about the careers of the consultants. They don't care about your goals - they only care about using you to make money. The same is true about customer relationships. They are constantly fighting fires because of missed expectations and/or delivery issues. This is why so many Photon customers do one engagement and then move on. My advice is to avoid this company unless you are desparate.

      No recognition for employees with experience and skills Employees are held responsible for not having a billable project and it affects during their appraisal process No opportunities to grow or build a career
