      Good work culture. One thing that is very good about Photon is it has a relatively flat org structure for sales. This aids the learning process immensely as you learn from various sales head and other senior executive level executives. They according to work experience and usually it is at the higher end of the spectrum. Good growth prospects for high performers

      Cons

      Sales is a night shift. No Coffee vending machines and a bad cafeteria. No esop option
