Hi Everyone, Please don't join this company. Don't fall for paid reviews. This company is very worst I have ever faced in my entire career. The same feedback from a lot of people on my team. They forced you to work more than 8 hours and track it in Prohance. If not met, then it is LOP. They put more work pressure and treat you in an unprofessional way. If you leave due to the work pressure within probation, they ask you to pay 3 months' salary. HR also give the wrong promises, and all are fake ones. They are very unprofessional. Photon = Unprofessional Photon = Micromanagement Photon = Worst place to work.
