      You get to gain knowledge at all levels as they follow Agile process, and chance to work on various platforms

      Cons

      Not adhering to project timelines makes work hectic. Not good pay scale for freshers.

      Pros

      You will hit the ground running here which is great for a designer early in their career. Hands on experience with scrum calls and working with international developers.

      Cons

      As a consultancy agency, you are working long hours and life work balance is difficult. The experience is what you make of it.

      Pros

      Company is growing very fast and they have new plans and recruit new people in every role

      Cons

      in my 6 months there, I have seen many people quitting their job and leave the company. In the US and in other countries! The culture is very disruptive, you often hear people shouting at each other using false language, definitely not like a company in america, at least none I have worked for
