Company is good. Entry pay is good, Hike is also decent. If you get into a comfortable team then you are safe.

Cons

Overexploitation of employees on many aspects. The HR function is just 3rd grade and purely puppet for the senior management. Not an employee-friendly org. Can't survive more than 2 years IMO.
