Package as per market standard lot of opportunities to learn new things Though there is some politics but i worked under some of the awesome managers who were very supportive and helpful to grow I personally had good growth from Senior level to Associate QA Arch, So there is scope of growth within the organisation Good rating system and Agile process are being done, that help one to know where he/she is standing on skills perspective.

Work life balance Bad planning within the projects, because of that we often have to face hard moment with client and upper management to justify the crap we have done Not much WFH option before pandemic
