1. Aggressive timeline trigger your speed of work and gives a space in work. 2. Ownership on project. 3. If good project good skill development and onsite.
Cons
Managers control and dominate to the core. They do politics in the name of feedback and make you mad. When projects and tasks not coming our way they put blame and sack you in the name of feedback. I paid a big price of loosing health in the name of getting good feedback. Managers are into groupism, too judgemental, prejudiced and inhumane, they crush your career. I can write much but other reviewers have already made it I guess. Managers like pleasers or butterers not performers.
