      One of the very few organisation where you can find the CEO and CTO working on night Shift to ensure the customer is given the at-most attention during the Sales Call, Needless to say if there is a fortune 100 customer call. I can guarantee the Best people will be there in the first conversation across the table Technology fore runners But they pay well for the deserving candidates

      Sales Pressure is on a higher note, Like wise engineering due to tight schedules

      Pros

      I was worked around 8 months as senior software engineer. Most of them who along with me, where terminated in single day without placing into any projects.

      Cons

      No work life balance whatever project you are working. You shouldn't think of life. If you joined here. They will treat you as paid slaves. Simply terminating the candidates within two months, without placing into project. Be careful before joining too. Don't keep your PL leaves. Don't en-cash even at settlement time.

      I have been working for more than a year. 1. No bench policy 2. Chance to work with the latest technologies 3. Good package

      1. No coffee machine 2. Strict working hours, the employee should be inside the office.
