Pros
The great coworkers that add true value to the organization and their clients that were tricked into thinking that Photon was unique. Photon May have been unique 8-10 years ago. If you enjoy being belittled, and quite frankly abused, by management within a group session perhaps you would be ok here.
Cons
Management is known to be abusive and seems to get enjoyment out of shaming “the chosen one” in a meeting or group setting among co-workers. If you go above & beyond, somehow leadership will twist it and make you regret your efforts. Let’s be clear, this is not constructive feedback - this is verbal abuse. Also, zero culture at this company. Zero. Zilch. None. Same with perks, non-existent.
