      Pros

      - This is world's worst company(even if you are suffering from severe unemployment do not consider this company) - No work life balance. - management people use F words on scolding employees -They treat you like you are appointed to do their house keeping jobs -you have to work even on Sunday's - JOINING Bonus is just a joke. - people who are looking for job in recruitment. Don't even pick the call from this company. -there's no coffee break also - Just don't waste your time considering this company

      In the pandemic, Photon has been very supportive and has allowed me and several other employees with flexible working hours. The company has been very supportive to me so far.
