Pros
If you are not whiling to learn then you get to learn a lot, sometimes it's overwhelming. Lots are expected in a short time.
Cons
Higher management treats its employees like slaves. They don't care if your body doesn't support, they will make you stay for 48 hours and complete the work. They provide unrealistic timelines. There aren't free tea/coffee. You won't get your variable pay even after providing the best result. Don't know what they want. If you stay back late (don't even have to work, maybe creating more defects), they feel you are good and you get 100% or more of the variable pay.
