      Great company to work if you want to learn

      Pros

      I spent 9 years in Photon and resigned as an associate director for delivery here. I was given multiple accounts to manage and handle teams across multiple geography. One of the most important aspects of me staying in photon for so long was the opportunity to learn and explore. The senior management involves themselves in enabling and helping people like me (I started as a management trainee) to learn and take up responsibilities. For people who want to learn and climb quickly up the ladder, this is the place.

      Cons

      Many complaint about office timings and additional responsibilities, but if you have the urge to learn and contribute and grow quickly, this is the trade off.
