No Pros at all, worst company to work, dont get trapped.

Cons

Worst pay, they will not even approve leave which you have earned, will make you work over the weekends or extra hours, instead of paying OT they will just give you comp off and you are at their mercy because they don't approve it, You will feel like you you made the worst decision of life joining these people. These upper management does not know how to talk with respect, they behave like barbarians.

For Indians in the USA or brought to the USA it is an Indian company. They get their green cards and prior visas along the way.

Cons

If you are not Indian then you will not enjoy a long-term stable career here. Most I am aware of got laid off (US citizens) around the 2 year point.
